Description:

• Set up and operate press machines and related equipment to produce parts according to prints and work orders.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify that finished products meet quality and specification standards.
• Read and interpret prints or work orders to determine part specifications, tooling requirements, and to plan operational sequences.
• Position, adjust, and secure material against stops, fixtures, or automatic feeders manually or with a forklift as needed.
• Set machine stops or guides to specified lengths using scales, rules, or templates to ensure precise cutting and forming.
• Clean tooling punches and maintain tooling components to support safe and efficient machine operation.
• Compute data such as machine settings, using shop mathematics to optimize production, including cutting multiple sheets at a time.
• Load finished materials into the packaging area and ensure proper handling of parts and products.

Pay & Shift:

• Pay - $17.00 to 18.00/hour

• 1st shift 7am-3:30pm M-F
• 6am-4:30pm M-T

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
