TeDan Surgical Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor, overseeing machining and assembly to hit safety, quality, and delivery targets.
You will drive daily production plans, coach operators, enforce standard work, and lead Lean initiatives such as 5S, waste reduction, and Kaizen in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Requires 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
