We are looking for a reliable and safety-minded Shop/Yard Team Member to join our hardworking team! This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that involves a little bit of everything—from packaging gaskets and preparing shipments to yard work
, equipment use
, and even learning to weld

• Package gaskets and prepare materials for shipping

• Operate tools and equipment (training provided; see tool list in shop memo)

• Assist with yard work
  , general shop tasks, and equipment maintenance

• Perform UPS shipping
  , organize boxes, and prepare products for truck deliveries

• Get certified to operate a forklift and lull (company provided)

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

• Perform physically active work: walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and work across multiple areas

• Must be safety-minded and follow shop safety procedures
