Press Adjuster

Express Employment is currently looking for folks who are mechanically-inclined to be Press Adjusters. We're looking for people who could do this right off the bat, or could be trained to do so. Would need some background mechanical experience.

• An Industrial Mechanic to maintain a state-of-the-art, food can-manufacturing line.
• A strong work ethic and related experience in a manufacturing environment are required.

• Setup, adjust, TPM, and operate production and auxiliary equipment.
• Sound industrial mechanical experience.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and report any hazards that may compromise a safe workplace.
• A full mechanic's tool set, including micrometers.
• The ability to work in close tolerances up to .00010".
• Work closely with supervision and fellow employees on improvement teams to uncover and implement safety, quality, productivity and cost control advancements.

• EDUCATION:
  
  High School Diploma or completion of an equivalent technical training program.
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  5 years.
• REQUIRED SKILLS:
  
  A proven industrial mechanical background in can manufacturing or a similar metal fabricating environment.
• PREFERRED
  
  SKILLS:
  
  Mechanical Experience.
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  
  Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, climb, walk, & lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis. Good vision capabilities and good communication skills.

1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift (overnight) opportunities are available!

8, 10, or 12 hour shifts are available
