Compensation: $19.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time
About the Role: We are currently hiring a motivated and dependable Assembly/Production Line Worker to join our team on 1st shift. This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll be assembling products, handling rework materials, and building finished goods. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently
- Sort and dispose of rework materials as needed
- Build and package finished goods for shipment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently with minimal experience
