About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Shop Laborer to join our production team. This hands-on position involves operating machinery, preparing materials, and assisting with various fabrication tasks. Ideal candidates will have prior machine shop experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drill press
  , stamp poles
  , and cut lumber to specified measurements

• Follow shop drawings, instructions, and measurements accurately

• Use basic hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and other measuring equipment

• Perform manual tasks including walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Work closely with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• Prior machine shop experience required

• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, etc.)

• Experience operating a drill press or lathe is preferred

• Ability to read and interpret measurements and instructions

• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
