Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for the North American market, encompassing a broad range of marketing activities. The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales pipeline growth and increase brand awareness within the assigned industry segment. Key areas of focus include marketing strategy, budgeting, campaign management, and execution of marketing plans to support business goals.
Please note: This position has onsite requirements in our Itasca, IL office.
Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize a data-driven field marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, generates high-quality leads, and drives pipeline growth.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing programs that support business objectives and improve lead generation effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner for an assigned industry, collaborating with stakeholders across sales, demand generation, business development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Field Marketing team to create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns that convert prospects into opportunities.
- Bring a creative and strategic mindset to campaign development, ensuring messaging, positioning, account lists, and engagement strategies are compelling and aligned with audience needs.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, content syndication, and event marketing, to maximize demand generation.
- Manage and execute regional trade shows, and in-person activations to engage prospects and drive lead generation
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing programs based on data and insights
- 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in business software applications.
- Experience in campaign management and demand generation is a plus.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, energy, aerospace and defense, or field service management is beneficial, but not required.

- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
