St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to take full ownership of an assigned unit and lead day‑to‑day clinical care. This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is ideal for an RN who enjoys being hands‑on, leading staff, and ensuring high‑quality resident care.
What You’ll Do- Own daily clinical operations for your assigned unit
- Lead and support nursing staff on the unit
- Ensure care plans, documentation, and compliance standards are met
- Partner closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team
- Active RN license
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience
- Unit leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Pay: $40–$45/hour
- Health insurance
