Caring Acres Nursing and Rehab has the opportunity to welcome an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - LPN to join our team! We're seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to assist our Director of Nursing in leading our team of nursing professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:- Site to type in Full Time, Part Time or PRN
- Site to type in specific shift hours, i.e. 6 am – 2:30 pm
- Site to type is wage rates, i.e. $23 – 28/hr
- Site to type in additional details, ie. Shift Differential, Rotating Weekends, On-Call Rotation

JOB SUMMARY:As Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you apply your nursing knowledge and experience by offering guidance on clinical matters, training, and education. Assist with the development, implementation, and modification of policies and procedures. Provide system reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and effective clinical practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state‑specific license.
- Demonstrates leadership ability.
