Job Overview

Position Details- Role: Registered Nurse – Cardiac Rehab
- Status: Part‑Time (24 hours per week)
- Schedule: Day Shift — 3 days per week, 8‑hour shifts (no weekends, nights, holidays)
- Department: Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Location: Mercy Hospital Washington

You’ll coordinate individualized care for cardiac rehab patients while partnering with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll ensure patient safety, uphold confidentiality, and provide care aligned with Mercy’s mission and service standards.
Qualifications- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of hire (or compact license, as applicable). Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Experience: Cardiac or telemetry nursing experience required.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, twist, and squat throughout the shift.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) — Required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- May require or obtain additional certifications within department timeframe, such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and other unit‑specific certifications as needed.
