As a CICU RN, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions. This role allows you to develop and utilize advanced skills in cardiac nursing. Working in the CICU, you will play a critical role in saving lives and improving patient outcomes.

• Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• Nights | 8 and 12-hour | 11pm-7:30am and 7pm-7:30am

Every 4th weekend | Predetermined holiday rotation

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour

• Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred
• BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired
• National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previousemployees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for Centra Care in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
