Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing healthcare services directly to FOH clients at assigned OHC locations, following scope of practice for the state license and FOH policies and SOPs, including:
- Performing components of physical exams: vital signs, height and weight, audiometry, vision testing, ECG, spirometry, phlebotomy, TB skin testing
- Documenting all clinical data on required forms
- Providing immunizations in accordance with FOH policies, SOPs, and standing orders
- Providing non-emergency care to FOH clients per RN protocols
- Responding to emergencies following BLS/AED protocols and FOH policies
- Administering medications as ordered by outside prescribers, with current approval from FOH medical director
- Providing and reviewing destination-specific travel information for FOH clients
- Performing respirator fit testing at specific sites (if applicable)
- Performing outreach activities as requested
- Assisting with opening, moving, and closing assigned OHC sites
- Responding to data requests from the CHS Director, Chief of Clinics, and Medical Director’s office accurately and promptly
- Assisting with orientation for new staff members
- Maintaining competency in all site-specific tasks
- Performing regular quality assurance assessments for the assigned OHC
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- RN license and BLS certification
Pay: $36.00 per hour plus health & wellness benefit of $4.93
