Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care Clinic
Type: Full-Time / Permanent – Direct Hire
Location: Elk River, MN
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: 80 Hours per 2-Week Pay Period
Pay: $24.50 – $32.77/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Primary Care Clinic. The LPN will support providers with clinical care, patient assessments, medication administration, and coordination of care while ensuring an exceptional patient experience in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Administer medications, immunizations, injections, and treatments as ordered by providers.
• Assist with laboratory specimen collection, patient education, prescription refills, and care coordination.
• Monitor patient conditions, document clinical information accurately, and communicate changes to providers.
• Support clinic operations, including patient flow, supply management, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate EMR records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required.
• Previous clinical experience required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
