  • Analyze equipment history and drive root cause failure analysis to reduce chronic failures
  • Coach and train plant teams on maintenance fundamentals, including work management, planning & scheduling, and preventive maintenance
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify reliability improvement opportunities and implement action plans
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure and drive performance improvements across sites
  • Lead change management efforts and influence adoption of best practices across the organization
  • Serve as a technical SME and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance systems, tools, and processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong background in reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCM, root cause analysis)
  • Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging CMMS/EAM systems and data
  • Certifications such as CMRP or predictive maintenance credentials are highly valued
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
Why You’ll Love This Role
  • Shape the future of reliability across an enterprise network
  • Make a direct impact on plant performance and business results
  • Access to professional development, certifications, and career growth opportunities
  • Combination of scale, resources, and agility to drive meaningful change
