- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Laboratory Leadership teams on various tasks and projects
- Maintain consistency in company protocols and procedures
- Monitor and verify production parameters in accordance with Quality programs
- Support quality, food safety, and sanitation inspections
- Assist with product, ingredient, and packaging quality verification
- Collect samples and support monitoring and testing programs
- Review quality and food safety documentation
- Partner with Quality team members to learn various departmental functions
- Present key project outcomes and learnings at the conclusion of the internship
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s program in Dairy Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Agricultural Science or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Interest in food manufacturing, food safety, and continuous improvement
Demonstrates expertise in quality assurance processes, food safety protocols, and analytical testing within the food manufacturing sector. Strong focus on attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational skills to support continuous improvement initiatives.
