Are you a person who knows the difference between a Lager and an IPA? Do you enjoy the spirit of great customer service? We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and reliable Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and keep the good times pouring!
In this role, you will:
- Create a welcoming and fun customer service environment.
- Help interview, train, and mentor our part-time team. You’re the coach who keeps the team motivated and the vibe just right.
- Check in shipments and organize the stockroom; you’ll keep our product flowing efficiently.
- Work with the Store Manager on product placement and eye-catching displays. If it looks good, it sells!
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and easy to navigate.
- Maintain accurate inventory by assisting with physical counts and entering receiving invoices.
- Draft employee schedules and ensure all liquor laws are strictly followed.
