* Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions
* Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels-no long lines
* Create and manage a weekly schedule for a diverse group of employees
* Train and develop future Head Customer Service Managers
* Assist with interviewing and hiring new employees
* Sell Money Orders, Money Grams, and Lottery tickets
* Help maintain a clean and safe store
* Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
