Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling and Purchasing Coordinator to join a dynamic team. If you have experience in customer service and procurement, and enjoy working closely with multiple departments to keep projects running smoothly, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule jobs and promptly notify customers of scheduled dates
- Ensure adequate hourly resources to meet monthly revenue goals
- Manage purchasing by obtaining products at the best price and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain inventory levels for sold projects aligned with schedule dates
- Collaborate with Production Manager and Estimating teams to resolve layout and parts issues that could delay production
- Work closely with Sales, Estimating, and Customer Service teams to provide a seamless project experience from start to finish
- Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
- 2+ years in purchasing and procurement
