Applied Power Products, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and deepen existing relationships.

With decades of experience, we proudly serve a broad spectrum of industries across the Upper Midwest and around the world, providing reliable solutions and value-added services to keep our customers running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continually identifying and reaching out to potential customers
  • Manage and grow sales by developing strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships
  • Promote Applied Power Products' offerings and services
  • Collaborate with internal technical, production, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with outside sales to manage customers and prospects
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales with a customer-focused approach
  • Set up parts and materials in ERP system
  • Negotiate and close new business
  • Track and report sales activities using Salesforce software
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, OEM sales, or MRO
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of products such as hose assemblies, belting, bearings, seals, o-rings or fabricated components is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
