Applied Power Products, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and deepen existing relationships.

With decades of experience, we proudly serve a broad spectrum of industries across the Upper Midwest and around the world, providing reliable solutions and value-added services to keep our customers running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Continually identifying and reaching out to potential customers
- Manage and grow sales by developing strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships
- Promote Applied Power Products' offerings and services
- Collaborate with internal technical, production, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with outside sales to manage customers and prospects
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales with a customer-focused approach
- Set up parts and materials in ERP system
- Negotiate and close new business
- Track and report sales activities using Salesforce software
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, OEM sales, or MRO
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of products such as hose assemblies, belting, bearings, seals, o-rings or fabricated components is a plus
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Competitive base salary $50,000 - $60,000 plus bonus opportunities
