Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Venus AI. You will drive sales growth and expand market presence within your assigned territory by promoting and selling our medical aesthetics devices, fostering customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities- Manage territory, drive sales through existing and new customers, increase customer base and market share.
- Conduct customer analysis, understand business needs and opportunities.
- Develop pipelines, ensure progression, conduct cold calling and on‑site visits, and meet/exceed goals.
- Make a minimum of 30 cold calls daily, book 5 meetings daily, and run 2–3 meetings daily.
- Adapt and execute the company’s sales strategy.
- Maintain expert understanding of all products.
- Educate customers on product lineup, device indications, efficacy, safety, and conduct demonstrations in line with company protocols.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit accounts regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms per guidelines.
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, compile reports, and attend required calls and meetings.
- Support on‑site installations in accordance with company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
- Meet sales targets as set by annual/quarterly budgets.
- Forecast and submit sales reports timely.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training departments.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in business or relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive technology to dermatologists, plastic surgeons and med‑spas.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
- Excellent cold calling, selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment under strict deadlines.
- Team player, collaborative with internal departments.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive mindset.
- Strong time‑management, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
- Solid MS Office and general computer skills.
- Must own vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must travel primarily within territory, with some travel within North America and occasional international travel.
- Must be willing to travel overnight within territory minimum 2 nights per week, and outside territory for national trade shows, training and other events.
- Possibility to relocate for growth opportunities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Base salary range: $80,000–$90,000
Incentive compensation:
Uncapped commissions plus bonuses.
