Bachman's is seeking a capable Lead Nursery Person – Field Production to manage field operations and supervise seasonal staff in Minnesota. You will direct cultural practices, pest control, irrigation, and harvest logistics to deliver quality stock on time.
This full-time union position requires horticulture training, leadership ability and a valid Minnesota Class D license. You’ll work closely with the Manager and ensure safety, records, and equipment operation across the nursery.
