Panel Assembler | Electrical Wiring & Control Panels

  • Assemble and wire industrial ovens, control panels, and thermal processing equipment.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring of relays, contractors, switches, fans, PLC components, and electrical controls.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and ladder logic drawings.
  • Install, route, and organize wiring for control panels and electrical assemblies.
  • Complete mechanical assembly tasks as needed to support equipment builds.
  • Inspect wiring and components to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues using technical drawings and schematics.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to deliver projects on time and to specification.
  • What We're Looking For

    • At least 3 months of electrical wiring, panel assembly, electrical assembly, or related hands-on experience OR equivalent technical training.
    • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
    • Experience with control panel wiring, electrical component installation, or point-to-point wiring.
    • Comfortable using electrical assembly tools, including:
      • Wire cutters
      • Wire strippers
      • Screwdrivers
      • Basic hand and power tools
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to follow blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
    • Dedication to workplace safety and quality standards.
    • Preferred Qualifications

      • PLC wiring or industrial controls experience.
      • Knowledge of ladder logic diagrams.
      • Electrical Technology certificate, trade school training, or related coursework.
      • Experience troubleshooting electrical assemblies and control systems.
      • Ability to work independently and contribute within a team environment.
      • Ownership of a basic electrical tool set.

        Job Type & Location

        This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN.

        Pay and Benefits

        The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr. They offer great benefits
        - Medical
        - Dental
        - Vision
        - Pension offer - $2.05/hr. and fantastic benefits. The pension is vested once you work there for 5 years.

        - 2 raises every year. One annually and one every August
        - The raises are anywhere from $.40 - $.60. They are having a union negotiation later this year to hopefully increase the raises.

        - They are offering up to 10 hours of OT during the Mon-Fri Week. At times they are offer OT on Saturday and Sunday. Double time pay if you work on…
