Job Description
We are currently looking for a Lead Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a crew for setting up and finishing concrete flat work, and have a strong attention to detail. The Lead Concrete Finisher will be responsible for supervising crew members, assisting with grading, forming, placing and finishing concrete, and ensuring that all safety and quality protocols are met.
The successful candidate will also be required to track and document the crew's activities on daily production reports. We work on various sites around the Twin Cities Metro Area. Pay range depending on experience. Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401K, and more.
We are a concrete flat work subcontractor primarily servicing new residential construction in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area.
