Job Description
The Residential Carpenter plays a vital role in constructing and finishing residential buildings, working primarily in small teams of 1-3 people. This role involves framing, finish carpentry, and various installation and repair tasks, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.
Responsibilities- Perform framing and finish carpentry tasks
- Install and repair residential structures and fixtures
- Handle and organize building materials efficiently
- Prepare sites for construction activities
- Operate carpentry tools safely and effectively
- 2+ years of carpentry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong skills in framing, woodworking, and measurement/layout
- Proficient in tool operation
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
