Construction Laborer

This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple construction trades rather than being limited to a single area. Work may include concrete work, carpentry, site cleanup, punch-list work, fixture installation, low-voltage tasks, and general labor responsibilities. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop a broad construction skill set.

• Assist with general construction activities on active job sites

• Load, unload, and move materials and tools

• Operate basic hand and power tools

• Support skilled tradespeople as needed

• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment

• Complete punch list items and miscellaneous construction tasks

• Follow jobsite safety requirements and procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Exposure to multiple construction trades and opportunity to develop valuable hands-on skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lakeville, MN.
