We are looking for a motivated, dependable Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving mechanical problems, and delivering excellent customer service, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast‑paced environment.

As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles while ensuring every customer receives professional and efficient service. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and is passionate about quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high quality motorcycle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently
  • Inspect motorcycles, conduct test drives, identify mechanical or electrical issues, and communicate repair recommendations and updates with Service Consultants and/or Service Manager
  • Complete repairs within established time frames
  • Maintain accurate repair orders, service documentation, and promptly request required parts
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while supporting overall shop operations and dealership activities as needed
  • Continue developing technical skills and product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training and professional development

Qualifications

  • Valid Class M driver’s license required while also maintaining a clean driving record
  • Previous technician, mechanical, automotive, powersports, or service experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to lift equipment and stand for extended periods
