Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of framing carpentry experience
- At least 1 year of wood/stick framing experience
- At least 1 year of prefab framing experience
- Experience framing walls, floors, and trusses
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Experience operating nail guns and common framing tools
- Must have a tool belt and basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Responsibilities
- Prefabricate and assemble wall panels, trusses, and floor systems
- Measure, cut, and install framing materials according to plans and specifications
- Perform rough carpentry and framing work on commercial construction projects
- Work independently and as part of a framing crew
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while following all safety standards
- Participate in required safety orientations and jobsite training
Preferred Experience
- Commercial new construction
- Multifamily construction projects
- Reading blueprints and construction drawings
- General construction or labor experience
- Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
