• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI‑powered features for production systems.
• Build and optimize end‑to‑end ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference.
• Develop scalable ML infrastructure and services that handle high‑volume workloads.
• Implement and fine‑tune large language models (LLMs) for document analysis, natural language processing, and intelligent automation.

• At least 6 years of experience building production‑quality data products.
• Strong ability to understand complex problems, decompose them into testable hypotheses, implement bug‑free experiments, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency with Python and core machine‑learning libraries (Python 3.x, Jupyter Notebook, regular expressions).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar).
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, NLP, computer vision.

Abachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
• Experience with document processing, OCR, or contract/legal document analysis.
• Familiarity with Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, distillation, pruning).

U.S base salary range: $133,540—$213,660 USD.
