Are you a sports enthusiast who thrives in a high-energy, social environment? We’re looking for a motivated Program Supervisor – Sports/Courts to lead our summer operations and keep the games moving!
If you’re a natural leader who loves being outdoors, meeting new people, and ensuring a tournament-quality experience for every participant, this is your perfect summer gig. You’ll be the MVP of our staff, ensuring every player—from weekend warriors to league pros—has a safe, fun, and well-organized environment to compete in.

- Gain valuable management experience by overseeing daily operations of our sport and court programs.
This is a seasonal part-time position, working approximately May through August.
This position is open until filled.
- Open and close courts according to facility schedule.
- Check participants in and manage player rotation.
- Enforce facility rules and safety guidelines.
- Assist with court setup and breakdown for leagues, clinics, and events.
- Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
- Greet players and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer questions about court availability, programs, memberships, and policies.
- Assist new players with basic rules and court procedures.
- Resolve minor disputes professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
- Ensure courts and surrounding areas remain clean and organized.
- Assist instructors and coordinators with clinics, tournaments, and open play sessions.
- Help check participants in for leagues and events.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Conflict resolution ability
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record with reliable transportation.
- Experience in recreation, sports facilities, or customer-facing roles.
- Mature, responsible individual, with excellent decision-making skills.
- Previous supervisory experience desired.
- Knowledge of pickleball and gameplay.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
