Position Summary
Responsible for the execution of required shipping and receiving activities to meet customer requirements and internal measures. The Warehouse Lead Person is second in charge of the warehouse, supporting the Warehouse Supervisor and filling in when necessary. Help coordinate warehouse activities and transfer information to employees to achieve production requirements of the departments and the Parker Service Center.
Responsibilities- Provide premier customer service according to facility, division, or group policy.
- Troubleshoot issues; escalate and follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with the office to expedite emergency orders upon the customer's request.
- Monitor internal procedures and controls to assure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work projects.
- Support Lean and recommend corrective action where appropriate.
- Participate in improvement programs, motivate, and empower others.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions.
- Provide new‑hire training.
- Provide feedback on warehouse staff work performance to the supervisor.
- Assure positive employee relations.
- Understand and support company policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with all levels of management.
- Perform various warehouse duties including, but not limited to:
- Pulling of product per customer requirements and preparing pulled product for shipment to the customer.
- Processing inbound shipments for appropriate storage.
- Cycle counting and/or physical inventory.
- Use of various types of equipment, including, but not limited to:
- Various types of forklifts.
- Automated storage and retrieval systems.
- Automated warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Use of various computer‑based programs (Bill of Lading, small package manifest, PC type applications, mainframe type applications).
- Record necessary data on appropriate paperwork and/or in computer‑based program(s).
- Maintain all equipment according to facility maintenance procedures.
- Perform all responsibilities in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements.
- Actively support the Corporate Win Strategy.
- Read and interpret product prints and/or catalogs.
- Perform other related responsibilities as directed.

- Parker considers this position safety‑sensitive; pre‑employment testing for cannabis will be required as a condition of hire.
- This role is subject to compliance with ITAR and EAR; the incumbent must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have refugee or asylee status.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to operate various types of assembly equipment and forklifts.
- Ability to use measuring devices; perform basic math, convert decimals to fractions, and plot measurements.
- Read and interpret written English instructions.
- Computer proficiency.
- Work 8 hours per day, Monday‑Friday (daily and weekend overtime may be scheduled as necessary).
- Frequently required to lift up to 20 pounds; occasionally required to assist in dual lifts of up to 150 pounds with another employee.
- Often lift and/or carry objects weighing 20–50 pounds; frequently stand, walk, use hands to handle product, pull or push product/equipment, reach with hands and arms, bend, twist, sit, and stoop; occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
- Frequently required to talk or hear; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally required to operate different forklifts from heights of up to 50 ft.
- May be exposed to heat, cold, humidity, and dust; may work near moving equipment; noise level low to moderate; may be under pressure deadlines and occasionally work alone.
