Automotive Technician

Role

The Junior Automotive Technician performs basic vehicle diagnostics and repairs, including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension, and alignments.

• Conduct mechanical repairs aligned with experience, perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotation, and utilize multi-point inspections to document vehicle conditions.
• Conduct state safety and emission inspections (where applicable), follow safety procedures, and adhere to company policies.
• Other duties may include working with diagnostic equipment and assisting with vehicle maintenance.

• Minimum of 2 years automotive experience, valid driver’s license, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 70 pounds, standing, bending, and reaching.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and obtaining a State Inspector License is advantageous.
