We’re searching for a confident, upbeat, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The perfect candidate is someone who loves connecting with guests, understands the power of first impressions, and enjoys supporting both the guest experience and the team.

• Can clearly explain why Frenchies doesn’t offer certain harmful services like the competition—while confidently highlighting the benefits of what we do offer
• Are excited to be a unique benefits of our service and retail products
• Enjoy giving new guests tours of the studio, pointing out what makes Frenchies different from the competition
• Feel confident selling memberships and retail products to guests and aren’t intimidated by sales conversations
• Are comfortable suggesting rebooking time frames and promoting seasonal offers
• Stay organized and upbeat while juggling multiple tasks throughout the day
• Radiate positivity and make every guest feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return

• You’ve worked in a high-end or luxury spa environment have experience in a membership-based salon, spa, or fitness studio

• Mondays - Saturdays: 9am - 7pm
• Sunday: 10am - 6pm

• Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out
• Efficiently handle appointment scheduling and phone inquiries
• Uphold salon cleanliness and maintain our high standards
• Educate guests on the Frenchies Way and ensure a seamless experience
• Inform guests about the benefits of the Frenchies Polish Pass program, encouraging enrollment
• Provide attentive service throughout guests’ to enhance comfort

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service
• Preferred experience in a receptionist or concierge role
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude
