Certified Medication Technician CMT

Arbor Terrace of Lakeway is hiring Certified Medication Technicians to join our assisted living community.

Starting rate is $20 per hour, but if you're an experienced Certified Medication Technician, we’re ready to offer a bit more!

Full‑time & Part‑time

Hours:

6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm & 10pm‑6am

• Weekend Differential:
  Earn an additional $2.00/hour from Saturday at 6:00 AM through Monday at 6:00 AM (care staff/med tech positions only).
• Evening Shift Differential:
  Earn an additional $1.00/hour for 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts (care staff/med tech positions only).

• You assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring – and respond to their needs compassionately.
• You use excellent communication skills to report changes and updates on resident conditions.
• You coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification is required.
