Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. This includes ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections, month-end GAAP accruals, as well as maintaining detailed financial records and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/customers. This role is essential to the integrity of our financial operations and consistent application of GAAP accounting.
** Primary Responsibilities
** Support adoption of new tools and automation in accounting tasks
** Preferred Skills & Experience
** 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Business Central, Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar)
Experience reconciling accounts and managing collections Familiarity with invoice matching, purchase orders, and payment processing Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

* Expected salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 dependent on experience.
