Position: Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant Fremont Investment Partners

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our accounting department, ensuring smooth operations through effective organization and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and technical accounting skills, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the field of finance and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Have a strong understanding of Quick Books
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions, debits, credits, and tax-related documents.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding account status or discrepancies.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or technical accounting position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external contacts.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
