We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Have a strong understanding of Quick Books
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions, debits, credits, and tax-related documents.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding account status or discrepancies.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role or technical accounting position is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external contacts.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
