Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the manufacturing industry to find an Accounting Clerk. This is a full time, permanent position in Lakewood. • Maintain Financial Records:
  Accurately record and update financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Reconcile Accounts:
  Regularly review and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare Financial Reports:
  Generate periodic financial reports and summaries, such as balance sheets and income statements, to assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Process Payments and Receipts:
  Handle the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and recording of receipts.
• Assist with Audits:
  Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, answering queries, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
