Overview

Raven Print and Marketing is seeking a top performer to add to our copy department. We are a 50-year old printing and marketing company located in Lakewood, Colorado.

Our customers are top-level businesses that trust us to deliver printing, copying, and mailing projects on time and as quoted. They expect us to manage their projects with attention to detail and frequent communication regarding status, and to work with them collaboratively.

We participate in the 80/20 Program, an alliance of more than 50 printers nationwide. The 80/20 designation is earned by maintaining exceptional quality and service and standards in operations, training, equipment, software, worker benefits, and working conditions. This program requires annual onsite recertification as well as participation in continuing educational programs.

• Take charge and manage a detailed workflow from customer requirements to production specifications.
• Communicate effectively to translate customer requirements into production specifications.
• Handle daily correspondence and coordinate copy, print, and mailing projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quotes.
• Assist with training and support for the office applications and production software as needed.

• Articulate, disciplined, and well-rounded with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage detailed workflows and communicate effectively.
• Proficient computer skills for email, Word, and other office applications; knowledge of printing, copying, and mailing processes is a plus but not required.
• Pay range: $19.50–$24.50 per hour.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a half-hour lunch. No weekend or evening hours.
