Customer Service Representative ​/ Office Assistant

This Position

Autoplex is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant to support our parts and front-office operations. This is an entry-level, in-person role that keeps the store running smoothly — checking in and organizing parts, scheduling and processing work, posting invoices, ordering small parts, and keeping inventory accurate. The right person is reliable, energetic, takes initiative, and is ready to jump in wherever the team needs help.

This role works closely with our Parts and Tint departments and is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and verify incoming orders against invoices

• Assist Customer check in and delivery of vehicles

• Answer phones and help with overflow leads and phone calls

• Schedule and check in work orders

• Post and receive invoices

• Process return-bin items and track supplier credits

• Order small parts and follow up on outstanding orders

• Enter and post new toppers into the system

• Make daily bank deposits

• Assist inventory counts and checks, and ensure all parts are received and accounted for

• Provide general receiving, ordering, and data-entry support to keep the office organized

Requirements

• Entry level — no prior experience required; we are willing to train the right person

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Personable, positive, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

• Basic computer skills (data entry and scheduling)

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with limited supervision

• Valid driver's license and insurable through Autoplex's insurance carrier
