Job Overview
The System center is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, vendors, and team members while helping maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office and showroom.
This position combines customer service, front desk coordination, showroom management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, friendly, professional, technologically proficient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the office and showroom each business day.
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, visitors, and team members.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general communications.
- Assist walk-in customers with general product questions, orders, and basic documentation.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-ready office and showroom.
- Manage the organization and inventory of the company sample library.
- Monitor and maintain office, showroom, hospitality, and general supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, samples, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, refreshments, and hospitality needs.
- Support company meetings, trainings, employee events, and customer events.
- Coordinate routine cleaning, facility, and office service needs.
- Assist with documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, scheduling, records, and special projects.
- Maintain and document procedures for recurring front desk and administrative responsibilities.
- Cross-train designated team members to provide front desk and phone coverage when needed.

- Dependability and punctuality.
- Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, hospitality, retail, or sales support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting management or executives is a plus.
- Commercial furniture, interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry experience is a plus.
