Building Automation Project Manager; Northern CO & Wyoming

About this role

Mid‑Level professional with solid BAS knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects. Schedules, coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Uses effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.

• Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.
• Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on‑time and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the overall successful financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and installation cost re‑estimation.
• Manage the delivery of the contracted scope, within budget and secure change orders for all scope expansion.
• Order and coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy issues.
• Manage relationships with and issues subcontracts to sub‑contractors, identifying execution issues, and taking appropriate corrective action to remedy them.

• 2+ years' Project Management Experience or 2 years of experience working with building Automation as a technical resource or engineer.
• High School diploma or GED
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

• BA/BS degree
• MS Office 365 Suite:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and One Drive
• PMP Certification
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong problem‑solving, planning and project management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
