Position Scope
The Site Safety Manager is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of the company's safety policies and procedures across nationwide mission‑critical infrastructure projects, supporting data centers, water and wastewater facilities, natural gas facilities, and complex industrial environments. This role ensures compliance with company policies, as well as relevant federal, state, and local safety laws and regulations.
Location & TravelThis is onsite in Lakewood, Colorado. In addition to your base salary, you’ll receive a daily per diem to assist with living expenses while on assignment. This role includes regular rotational travel home from the job site. A company vehicle and fuel card will also be provided.

EssentialJob Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed by all employees and contractors on‑site.
- Identify at‑risk behaviors and unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Identify and understand any contractual requirements (Safety or SWPP).
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure workplace safety standards are being met.
- Provide training to employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations and ensure the organization is compliant.
- Responsible for project needs for safety supplies.
- Drive project team engagement.
- Communicate with client/owner safety representative.
- Assist with any OSHA inspections.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings for project.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of proven construction safety leadership in data centers, water and wastewater facilities, natural gas facilities, and/or complex industrial environments.
- CHST certification required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day‑to‑day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the goal of zero injuries.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, motivate workers and communicate with workers and superiors.
- Functional computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within timelines.
- Ability to read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Communication and report writing.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Compensation $90,000‑$130,000/year, commensurate with experience.
