Roofing Project Superintendent (Hourly)

Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. is seeking Roofing Project Superintendents/Project Managers with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Resolve project issues and problems.
• Coordinate between subcontractors and owner operations.
• Affirm specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
• Generate reports on project status.
• Ensure owner satisfaction.

• 5-10 years of experience in built-up roofing systems or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications.
• Experience with single-ply roofing systems, building construction, and field fabrication of metal work.
• Ability to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management.
• Some travel required.
• Hourly rate generally ranges between $20 and $33.
