Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of complex mission-critical construction projects in Colorado. This is an onsite position offering a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all day-to-day site operations from project start through completion.
• Lead subcontractors and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Maintain the project schedule and proactively resolve any site issues.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure all work meets project specifications.
• Drive productivity while maintaining a strong safety culture.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Mission-critical construction experience is essential.
• Data center construction experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead field teams on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, quality control, and construction safety.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Colorado.
• Base salary up to $190,000
