CDM Smith is seeking an experienced estimator to perform a range of cost estimating activities on construction projects. You will conduct quantity take-offs, gather pricing information, and help prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) for design‑build efforts using Timberline.
You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure accurate bids, proper documentation, and alignment with project schedules and QA/QC processes.
