Global Service Delivery Coordinator – Offnet Deployment

• Coordinate, verify, and correct customer orders within service level agreements
• Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with incubation of new products during early-phase introduction
• Support strategic accounts and maintain high-level customer relationships
• Work with advanced technical support teams to manage escalations and ensure resolutions meet service agreements
• Provide order support across various customer channels
• Oversee contract compliance, execute approvals, and ensure service validation with customers
• Navigate complex systems to build, track, and monitor multi-location customer orders
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

• High School Diploma / GED
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Excel is required
• Experience with Orion and Smartsheets is a plus
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to work variable schedules and overtime as necessary
