Ideal candidates are highly motivated, customer service-centric, andpossessstrong communication and interpersonal skills. Front Desk Attendantsoffer friendly and expedient service to the property’s guests andassisttheracquetsprofessional staff in shop operations, merchandisesalesand other related activities. Beginners are welcome – while knowledge oftennisispreferred,previous experience is not required for the position.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekendsandholidaysas needed .

Pay Range: $/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures asdeterminedby management.
• Responsible for accountability of POS transactions made.
• Collects applicable fees from members/guests and outside patrons as they arrive.
• Makes court, clinic,lessonand special event reservations, in person or by phone.
• Assists Membership Manager with member outreach, delivering the highest standard member experience.
• Assists with monthly physical inventoriesif applicable.
• May work with coaches tofacilitateorderly start and play times.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required/needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may berequiredin order toperform the duties of the job (e.g.the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking.customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Computerproficiencyincluding but notlimitedPOS, Microsoft Office applications, socialmediaand other programs related

Working Conditions

• Frequently stands and uses hands, reaches with hands and arms,talksor hears.
• Regularly walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches.
• Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Noise level is moderate .
