Esthetics Learning Leader with Shift Differential

Paul Mitchell Schools North Star Group is seeking a qualified Esthetics Learning Leader (Educator) to join our Denver location. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and a shift differential.

As a Learning Leader, you will educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in clinic classroom settings using objective‑based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.

• Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest‑service skills.
• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom.
• Utilize objective‑based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers to enhance skill development.
• Communicate positive, effective guidance and support to Future Professionals.
• Document and assess learning outcomes and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive skincare knowledge, prior education experience, and familiarity with Paul Mitchell products.

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail instructor license.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return‑on‑investment.
• Solid work history with verifiable references.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Honesty and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools’ cultural and technical systems is preferred.

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (including shift differential).
