• Encourage the product and service development initiatives within the company’s product portfolio.

• Produce stormwater management calculations, utility design, and preliminary and final construction documents.
• Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans and complete permit documents.
• Produce engineering design documents and calculations including code/ordinance research and site planning.
• Utilize time‑management and organizational skills to excel at project tasks and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with project sub‑consultants to obtain necessary information for project design with the guidance of the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Continuously meet all deadlines or inform the Project Manager well in advance if a deadline cannot be met due to extenuating circumstances.
• Assist the project team in preparing the project schedule and include all necessary tasks to define the critical path.
• Develop a team‑first mentality and devote discretionary effort as needed to help the team succeed whenever necessary.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Strong interest in, and ability to learn quickly about, CAD Civil 3D software, site grading design, utility design (water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer), and stormwater management design.
• Experience with engineer’s opinion of probable cost is a plus.
• EIT credentials (passing the FE exam) preferred, but not required.
• Focused, motivated, results‑oriented, with strong communication skills and a teamwork approach.
• Strong desire to learn and advance technical skills.

• $70,000–$80,000 (salary range is a general guideline; final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and alignment with the role).
