Overview

We are partnering with a well-established engineering consulting firm seeking an experienced Structural Practice Leader to drive the growth of its structural engineering services. Key Responsibilities

Lead the expansion of structural engineering services across infrastructure, heavy civil, and building projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
Oversee structural design, calculations, and project deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards
Conduct site assessments, structural evaluations, and technical reporting
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and client engagement

Leadership Focus

Set strategic direction and business goals for the structural practice
Drive business planning, growth initiatives, and operational excellence
Mentor, manage, and develop engineering teams
Ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently

Qualifications

15+ years of structural engineering experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Strong background in structural design across a variety of project types
Proficiency in design and modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, structural analysis software)
Experience managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
Proven leadership and team development experience
Ability to develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets
