Our client is a growing wealth management practice seeking a Senior Associate to provide advanced support to one or more Lead Advisors. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who has mastered the Associate role and is ready to take on more complex responsibilities while serving as a resource and mentor to junior team members. The Senior Associate plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client service across investments, financial planning, insurance, and ongoing client support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced support across investments, financial planning, insurance, and client service functions
- Execute complex transactions with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of account types, investment processes, and transaction workflows
- Support and mentor junior associates by explaining the rationale behind investment, insurance, planning, and client service activities
- Ensure best practices and internal standards are consistently followed across the team
- Serve as a subject matter expert in insurance products, service, and underwriting processes
- Participate in client meetings and assist with client-facing deliverables
- Prepare Scope of Engagements, Executive Summaries, CRPs, and other client materials
- Follow, promote, and help create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- 3+ years of experience in a wealth management firm in a similar or progressively responsible role
- Strong understanding of investment, insurance, planning, and client service operations
- Licensed with Series 7 and Series 63
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency with wealth management systems and tools
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and exceptional attention to detail
